OK, I feel pissed off at the moment.. Had to correct some errors in the template..:( which I found out about BEFORE I went to the pub.. Prior to this, I was priming the Bathroom Tiles ready for a second coat tomorrow.. Oh yes!! I've changed over to Tripod now, complete with snazzy 'rad ads' (Ok, its only a border round it, but it sort of blends in lol), mainly because the operate CGI, and I may have a crack at it some time.. specially forms!!. But as far as this pile of crap is going, cant format the blog data properly .. I'll have a proper go at it when I've finished the fucking site lol

Its been a few days since I posted last. I've got a week off work and hope to get some stuff done round the house, garden and of course, on the website lol. Finished converting the existing documents to the new template, so now have to create some new docs for the other stuff. I'm just concentrating on the indexes at the moment..The review pages can wait lol

Having inserted the body tags and uploaded, I suddenly wondered why I was inundated by FC banners and popups.. I viewd the html and found FC inserts the start of its code in the body tag.. but previously, it couldsnt find one lol, so no banner was inserted...by the way, netscapes a pile of shit. not only was there still no background, the format was completely out. I tried changing the status of the document to read only b4 uploading.. didnt work lol.. worked on Geo ( no popup lol) but not on FC!!

Last night I was adding the the template to the email documents and tonite I've been doing the free webspace ones. Thrilling, huh? Anyway, whilst doing this,I discovered a couple of not too serious faux-pas! I had used a slash td instead of a slash tr and I'd missed out the body tag.. the worst thing about it is it worked on IE!! Now I havent tried it on netscape yet, but thats probably why it didnt work!!!

Whey hey!! I've finally got the blog to use my template.. All I need to do now is reformat the blog data in the template and voila it will be the dogs bollocks.. but that can wait i need sleep lol

Now I've got the coffeeweb zzn mail bit on there, I saved a new, blank template and all that remains to do (apart from finishing the whole site lol) is to transfer the existing pages to the new format and put them in my new upload directory to make ftp'ing a bit easier.

Things are finnally looking better! I've been playing with the layout and have made more use of the columns on the left and right of the main text. The left one is just for directories/links etc and the right one contains afilliates site search, human click and Google search. Now I've got to copy and paste all the changes into the documents I've created... that will take a while, but I'm pleased with the alterations

I've just created the Webmaster resources index, but it will need some alteration.. all i need to do now is create all the sub-indexes for each section.. so far have Redirect urls and Gbooks.. I've got to be at work tomorrow, so I wont be doiung it to night lol

Guess what, Pc crashed again last night and i had so much to put in!! I have finished the Free Redirect index page before work.. I was up early for a change .I've started sorting the guestbook urls out now and also looked for some more forums.. Just remembered.. I did actually finish the guestbook index page as well.. its just a pisser that my PC chashes just before I update this log !!

This is last nights entry really, but I was up late and my pc crashed before I was able to make it. Here goes. I copied all the free redirects urls into note pad and sorted into order ready to put into an index. Then I did a search on free guestbooks and found a few more goodies lol

But I've been sorting out my ' Web freebies' section..deary deary me..I got side tracked on the 'free redirect url' bit and did a msn search on redirect url.. dread to think how many i've got now.. but it sure will make Black coffee the dogs testicles. Drinking Tesco Best bitter.. Tastes nice, but doesnt get you pissed and it makes u go for a slash verry often lol

I've finished off the Email index...whats next I wonder Web master freebies i think.. trouble is, I'm gonna have to split it up into sections eg free redirects, guestbooks, forums, counters, blogs/diaries phew!!! I uploded d7's domain onto fortune city and the bastard still has banners on it, yet black coffee doesnt lol... one of lifes great mysteries!!!

Today, I had to do some major recreating with the free email pages as A-D was too big for my PC to handle. Split it up into a-b and c-d and also started the index page for all the accounts in the section.. I sorted the urls into alphabetical order and I'm ready to put them into the index. then that will be another section out the way.. dunno which 1 to do next, chat?? or web freebies?? both big sections

Well here I am sunday morning, just updating the blog. I've got the Free wbspace index sorted out.. just needs some testing to make sure all the links work... Checked all the intrasite links and theyre fine, but I need to put a link to the top of the page in between each review, otherwise it involves more scrolling.. I want to make the site user friendly :).. Now, I'll crack on with the free email accounts..I'm getting there lol.

So there you have it; I spent ages putting the comment into all my html to display the banner and the bastards go and force a nasty great frame at the arse end of my site, on top of displaying the banner. Fortunecity here I come!

In the last couple of weeks, I recieved an email from Homestead saying that they were now charging for the once free Homestead personal service. I took action (not that I use or particularly like it; I just felt strongly about it) I uploaded the old site builder and poted the addy on Homestead forum (which got removed lol) then set up Arse of the month featuring Justin Kitch, homestead ceo!!.
Got the following email today!!
