This is a guide to the web done in a Cowboy style. Its fairly basic, but is ideal if you are a total newbie (and we all had to start there didnt we lolol).

I dont know whether this is just intended for the students, but it came up in a search. Its written by the lecturer and gives details of HTML (forms and frames) and also CGI and Java.

Yet another site that has links to all you'll need to know about web design. This one has a sence of humour though, with sections aimed at Prop-heads, Ponytails and Suits (Techies, designers and management respectively). If you only take a look at one of the sites on here, make it WDJ.

This is the homepage of some bloke called Dave! (DUH! really?!?) I've included it here cos it has guides to HTML and the internet on.

Another bloke called Dave; this time though his site covers things like magic and painting as well as web design. Its a good looking site; he obviously knows his stuff with web design. Also, his url appears in various answers on the Yahoo Experts pages.

This is primarily dedicated to HTML, with courses in tables, frames, css etc. But this site has all sorts of resources for web designers!
